Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms apply when you use stilence.com. If you go on to hire Stilence (“we,” “us”), the specific written agreement or proposal we sign with you governs that work — and where it conflicts with anything here, that agreement wins.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about what we do and to get in touch. Please do not use it to send us anything unlawful, to attempt to break or overload it, to scrape it automatically, or to submit someone else's information without their permission.

What we do

Stilence builds AI voice agents, AI receptionists, website booking tools, and automated follow-up systems for service businesses. What we describe on this site is a general overview, not a fixed product specification. The exact scope of any build is defined in the proposal or agreement we sign with you.

The ROI calculator is an estimate

The calculator on our site multiplies the numbers you enter. It is an illustration to help you think about the cost of missed calls — not a prediction, a promise, or a guarantee of any result. It runs entirely in your browser and we never see what you type into it. Do not make a financial decision based on it alone.

No guarantee of results

We are genuinely confident in what we build, but no one can promise business outcomes. Results depend on your call volume, your pricing, your market, your industry, how your team handles the appointments we book, and plenty of things outside anyone's control.

Any results described on this site are the experience of specific clients in specific circumstances. They are not typical, guaranteed, or promised to you.

Pricing and quotes

We do not publish prices on this site because every build is scoped to the business. Pricing is quoted individually after an audit call, and a quote is only binding once it is in a written proposal or agreement signed by both of us. Anything discussed informally — by text, on a call, or in email — is an estimate until then.

Getting in touch

Submitting the form or texting us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. We aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee a response time.

Anything you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you become a client

Delivering a working system needs things from you as well as from us. Typically that means giving us timely access to the accounts and systems we need to connect to, reviewing and approving scripts before anything goes live, and providing accurate information about your services, pricing, and service area.

Where a build depends on something only you can supply, delays on that side move the timeline.

Third-party services

Our systems connect to services we do not control — telephone carriers, Google, calendar and CRM platforms, and AI model providers among them. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or discontinued features. Where a third-party service imposes its own terms on your use, those terms apply to you directly.

Your responsibilities around calls and messages

If we build a system that calls or texts your customers, you are responsible for making sure your use of it complies with the laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, call recording, and consent rules. We will advise on best practice and build sensible defaults, but we are not your lawyer and cannot make this determination for you.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Stilence. Please do not copy or republish it without our permission. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement, not here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stilence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability relating to paid work is governed by the signed agreement covering that work.

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
