Stilence (“we,” “us”) operates stilence.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal filler.

The short version

We collect the information you type into our contact form, and nothing else. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the form on our site:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name
• Your industry and approximate call volume, if you select them
• Which of our services you are interested in, if you select one
• Anything you write in the message field

If you text us instead, we receive your phone number and the content of your message, the same as any text message.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or tracking. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers.
• No cookies. We do not set cookies of our own, and the site does not require them to work.
• No payment details. Nothing on this site collects card or bank information.
• No hidden collection. The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you want to work with us, to scope and deliver that work. Specifically, to contact you about your request, prepare for and run your audit call, and follow up about our services.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service that passes the message to our inbox. Formspree processes your submission on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms, which you can read at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Aside from that, we share your information only when we genuinely have to: if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Phone calls and text messages

When you send us your phone number through the form or text us directly, you are agreeing that we may contact you back by phone, text, or email about your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you, and for up to two years afterward in case you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together plus whatever period our tax and accounting obligations require.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

How we protect it

Information you send through the site is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We limit access to your information to the people who actually need it to respond to you, and we use reputable service providers who maintain their own safeguards.

As a New York business, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for private information as required under the New York SHIELD Act. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — but if a breach affecting your private information ever occurred, we would notify you as New York law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information entirely
• Stop contacting you

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, text us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to client websites and to third-party services. Once you follow a link off stilence.com, this policy no longer applies — those sites have their own practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already sent us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
